Effect of resynchronization programs according to the ovarian status on pregnancy outcomes in dairy cows

چکیده
This study evaluated the effect of resynchronization programs on pregnancies in dairy cows. Of 1,342 cows confirmed not pregnant after their first artificial insemination (AI), those with a corpus luteum (CL) were resynchronized using Ovsynch or PG-GnRH-Ovsynch and without CL GnRH-Ovsynch modified Double-Ovsynch. There no differences (p > 0.05) per AI either between (31.3%) (34.0%) (38.7%) Double-Ovsynch (39.5%). In conclusion, could be preferred to resynchronize CL, respectively, from perspective reducing costs labor.

15 صفحه اولEffects of resynchronization programs on pregnancy per artificial insemination, progesterone, and pregnancy-associated glycoproteins in plasma of lactating dairy cows.
Objectives were to develop a timed artificial insemination (TAI) resynchronization program to improve pregnancy per AI and to evaluate responses of circulating progesterone and pregnancy-associated glycoproteins in lactating cows. Cows (n=1,578) were presynchronized with 2 injections of PGF2alpha, given 14 d apart starting on d 45+/-3 postpartum, followed by Ovsynch [2 injections of GnRH 7 d be...
متن کاملEffect of Feeding Quickly Degradable Nitrogen on the Development of Ovarian Follicles in Lactating Dairy Cows
The objective of this study was to examine the effect of an excess intake of quickly degradable nitrogen (QDN) on ovarian follicle development. Twenty lactating dairy cows were fed mixed silage and concentrates twice daily. The control diet was a typical ration for high producing dairy cows in the United Kingdom (crude protein (CP)=17.5%; metabolizable energy (ME)=11.8 MJ/kg DM). The cows were ...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
